I bought the garter belt due to therapeutic compression socks. I could not find a device that would work. The garter belt was for both legs so I had to alter the one side by cutting off the suspension straps.
The other issue is that women wear the garter belts a bit higher than men so I had to shorten the straps and wrap them around the belt once in order for them to work.
Might have another item for sale if you make them for men and full length compression socks. (Posted on 10/19/2014)
