What Does Gradient Compression Hosiery Do?
True gradient compression stockings improve blood flow. Core-Spun by Therafirm® Support Socks are designed to deliver a controlled amount of pressure which is greatest at the ankle of the garment and gradually decreases towards the top of the stocking. This gradient pressure promotes better circulation and helps to control swelling and leg fatigue.

What are Core-Spun Yarns?
Core-Spun yarns are made by twisting fibers around an inner fiber, creating one yarn. This process is used to enhance strength, durability and stretch comfort. Core-Spun Support Socks, a patented innovation by Therafirm®, consist of spandex as the “core yarn” with moisture wicking yarns as the “sheath” of twisted yarns around the elongated core. The result is a support sock that is ultra stretchy, easier to put on, and more comfortable to wear.

Care Instructions:
  • Machine washable in warm water.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Air Dry or machine dry - low heat.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not Iron.
  • Use a delicate fabric detergent.
  • Rinse well. Do not wring.
  • Do not use fabric softener

Donning Guide
  • Insert hand & grab stocking at top of heel pocket.
  • While still holding heel pocket, turn stocking inside out down towards toe.
  • Open stocking & slide foot in until & heel are positioned in place.
  • Knee-high: Grasp top of stocking & pull up over ankle & calf. Position tops approximately 1" below bend of knee.
  • Thigh-high: Grasp top of stocking and pull up over ankle and calf. Position top of stocking at mid-thigh.
  • Pantyhose: With crotch in a snug, comfortable position, stretch panty high both hands. Adjust waist band to normal position.

Patterned Core-Spun by Therafirm Gradient Compression Support Socks for Men & Women

Proper Sizing Directions
Ankle, calf and length are required for proper fit. Shoe size for reference only.
A. Measure the circumference of the ankle at the narrowest point directly above the ankle bone.
B. Measure the circumference of the calf at the widest point.
C. Measure the length of the leg from the floor to approx. 1 inch or 2 fingers below the bend of the knee.

Sizing Tips
1. Measurements should be taken when you first get up in the morning before swelling can occur. If measurements need to be taken after you have been on your feet for some time, try to elevate your feet for 15 minutes prior to measuring.
2. Measurements should be taken while standing. Try to have someone assist you and take the measurements for you as you stand flat footed.
3. Take snug measurements against the skin. Try to avoid measuring over slacks or socks.
