Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
  • We offer FREE Shipping on all domestic orders over $49 shipped within the continental US. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for FREE Shipping.

Shipping Overview
  • Orders received after 1:00PM Eastern Time on a normal business day may ship the next business day. Orders received on non-business days will ship the next available business day.
  • LegsTherapy ships orders to the United States and most International destinations. Depending on weight, destination and requested delivery speed, orders may ship via USPS, SmartPost, MailExpress, FedEx or UPS.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in the event of a LegsTherapy mistake.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on all shipments.

Back Orders and Substitutions
  • Orders will ship complete unless customer requested otherwise.
  • LegsTherapy will inform customer of backorder upon receipt of the order and will assist with a substitution where available and when necessary.
  • No substitutions will be made without customer’s prior approval.
  • When available, ETAs will be provided on backorders. These are estimates and subject to change without notice.
  • Backorders will ship immediately upon receipt without customer’s approval.

Refused Orders
  • Refused shipments will be credited to customer account less 20% restocking fee, freight and handling charges.
  • Shipments returned to sender can be reshipped at the same rate as the first shipment unless change in destination and/or shipping method is requested.

Loss, Damage/Pilferage, Mis-Shipments, Shortages
  • Claims for lost shipments, mis-shipments, short shipments or damage/pilferage must be reported to LegsTherapy within three (3) business days of delivery date.
  • Mis-shipments and/or short-shipments will be remedied as quickly as possible and at no additional expense to customer.
  • In the event of a mis-shipment, if products are shipped prior to receipt of incorrect products, customer will be billed. Credit will be issued upon receipt of returned products from consumer.
  • Lost or damaged shipments will be reshipped at a 50% product and shipping discount.
