Return Policy

Returns
  • LegsTherapy will authorize returns for up to 30 days following original ship date.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required on the shipping label for all product returns, or they will be refused.
  • RMA# is valid for 30 days. Returns received after RMA# expiration will be refused.
  • Returned items authorized within 30 days of original ship date that have been worn or tried on will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless deemed defective.
  • Returned items authorized within 30 days of original ship date that are new, unopened and unworn will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of a LegsTherapy mistake.
  • Freight on merchandise being returned to LegsTherapy is to be prepaid.
  • Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees as highlighted above. If order has been paid with a credit card, a refund will be issued against original charge. If order has been paid for via a method other than credit card, a credit will be issued to customer’s account and may be used towards other invoices upon customer’s request.
  • All products must be returned in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box with enclosed documentation. According to Federal Health Guidelines, any worn/tried on items must be washed prior to return.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of original ship date.
  • To receive a RMA# and all the instructions to return your items, please email returns@legstherapy.com with your order # and the items and quantity to return
  • Once we receive your items as per the instructions, it will take 2-3 weeks to process the refund

Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to customerservice@legstherapy.com during regular business hours. If a cancelled order is shipped in error, please refuse the shipment or return the product to LegsTherapy. Before credit can be given, your proof of cancellation must be produced and product returned. Orders that have been packed cannot be canceled.
